Now I have a contest for you. Think of other baseball players, past or present, and come up with some nicknames. (Are you seeing this Karen and Ken?) I’ll give you a few days to think about it. Share them with me and I’ll post them along with some others from the strange mind of Coot Putley. The person who submits the best list will be the winner of the 2025 Boomer Challenge. You may even get a new nickname yourself, and some free Ranger tickets. The contest will end March 6, so put on your thinking cap and have some fun.
